There's a fishing village on the west coast of Scotland called Easdale.  It's actually a small island, very pretty.  I didn't look at photographs but painted this piece from memory.  In Scotland there are lots of small white cottages, some are crofts (smallholdings).  I love the colours in this painting and the reflections, I've tried to create the sense of sunshine in between showers, overlapping tones and shades with a big sky and a few sparse trees.  A restful place full of light.

The cost includes exceptional quality framing, dry mounted (meaning the painting remains completely flat forever), art glass (thick UV reflective glass ensuring the painting doesn't fade), mounted and framed with the best materials.  Close from Natural Oak, Limed Oak, Dark Stained Oak or White Washed Wood (my favourite!).
