On the road out of Reeth in Swaledale Yorkshire there is a bridge.  Over this to the right is a meadow that at the time of my crossing was was a joyous sight of low sun and long shadows. The light was exquisite, just beautiful and I don't think I've ever seen a meadow so before so full of yellow buttercups.  It made me smile and feel good just looking at it.  On a walk with my brother and sister in law and their 3 month old baby daughter Ola, it was a sweet moment and I thought about them when I painted this piece.

I now provide framing consultation for each original painting, the cost includes that bespoke service.
