There will always be moments, days, weeks or even extended periods of time when giving up on something that feels hard to do, appears the persuasive option, but be hopeful. 

Get out into forests and trees where time and energy has a different perspective. 

Did you know that from the 22 million seeds a tree will produce (in its mature lifetime of between 300-500 years) only one of its saplings will make it into maturity as a successor living to an equal age.  I think this is a great example of hopefulness.  So be hopeful bound.  You'll be just fine.
