Something that never fails to make me feel good to be alive is looking upward through the branches of trees on a day that's bright with sun and clear blue skies.  Lying on your back under trees in the summer is especially good.  I was walking in Hove Park recently, the trees were in blossom, it was a beautiful day and I spent a while looking up through the soft white canopies above me. It was uplifting and calming.  I'd been feeling a little squashed inside my flat and had forced myself to go out for a walk, as always it was a good idea. 

The next day I thought about those trees and painted this piece from imagination, and remembrance.  My aim was to create a painting that evoked a sweetness and calmness.  

The cost includes exceptional quality framing, dry mounted (meaning the painting remains completely flat forever), art glass (thick UV reflective glass ensuring the painting doesn't fade), mounted and framed with the best materials.  Close from Natural Oak, Limed Oak, Dark Stained Oak or White Washed Wood (my favourite!).
